We collect personal data such as names, contact details, CVs, employment history, qualifications, and client company information. This data is used solely for recruitment and placement services.

3. Purpose and Lawful Basis: 
- Contractual necessity (for candidates and clients) 
- Legitimate interest (to maintain candidate pipelines) 
- Legal obligation (employment, tax, and recordkeeping)

4. Data Sharing: 
We share candidate data with clients for legitimate recruitment purposes, and input our date into Vincere (our applicant tracking system) under data processing agreements.

5. International Transfers:
We do not transfer data outside the UK, EEA or Australia or New Zealand unless adequate safeguards are in place.

6. Retention:
Candidate data is retained for up to two years after last meaningful contact, unless renewed consent is obtained. Business and client records (contracts, invoices) are retained for six years per statutory requirements.

7. Your Rights:
