Based in the United Kingdom, Calum partners with consultancies and advisory firms, major and specialist contractors, developers, and client-side/end-user organisations. His remit spans the UK & Ireland and links into GEDON™’s wider international network across Europe, APAC and North America — giving clients access to talent pools others simply can’t reach.

Calum brings a Business Management (MA) background from the University of Glasgow, combined with experience across leading recruitment environments, to deliver structured, high-touch search processes. He’s particularly known for being thorough on role scoping, transparent on market realities, and proactive in mapping candidates who fit both the technical brief and the culture behind it. Like the rest of GEDON™, Calum runs searches — not CV-sending campaigns — resulting in shortlists that are tight, relevant and interview-ready.

He works sector-wide across commercial construction, civil and transport infrastructure, digital infrastructure, renewables and energy, and complex public/private programmes. Typical mandates include Quantity Surveyors, Estimators, Commercial Managers, Planners, Project Controls specialists and emerging leadership hires within pre-contract and delivery functions.
